If you have experienced an issue with delivery please contact us via contact and we will do our best to sort it. 

 

We ship Worldwide with USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail or Australia Post (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

Australia: 5-10 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

Rest of the world: 6-12 business days

Most orders are shipped from our USA fulfilment centre located in Texas. We do occasionally ship parcels from a few other fulfilment partners around the world for faster and cheaper shipping routes (mainly for UK & Australia orders).

Failed or Missing Delivery:

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. 

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered: 

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest checking your mailbox, contacting your local post office or calling the delivery company.

Tracking & Estimates:

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery date and timeframe, since it's in the hands of the shipping company, the times stated above and at checkout are estimates from the courier itself and based on averages. You can always contact us for assistance.

 

RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Note: you'll have to pay for the cost to ship it back to us, and the product needs to be in unused condition.

pre-orders

all pre-ordered products will be shipped on or before the shipping date stated below the 'pre-order' button on the product page.

if your order contains both an in stock product and pre-ordered product, they will be shipped at the same time when the pre-ordered product arrives.

fees - european customers

  • you may be responsible for paying customs duties on orders over £135 gbp // €150 euro.
  • vat at local rate may also be charged.

if your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds made. this includes any import fees for orders sent with free express shipping.

◾️please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines.

◾️orders received on weekdays before 13:00 gmt will be shipped out the same day. orders placed after this time will be sent the next day. orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out Monday.

◾️the estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is despatched.

custom fees

we are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. this includes any import fees for orders sent with free express shipping

late or lost orders

when placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as attune take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.

any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at contact. we cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when royal mail classes items as being lost.

 

items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

this may happen when items are sent to places of work. in some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. in these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the royal mail website by filling in a signature request form. 

please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. for this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

 

why was my order cancelled?

if your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. if you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. alternatively, please order again with a paypal account. if you do not have paypal, you can easily sign up at www.paypal.com.

  

returns

we offer a 30 day exchange or refund guarantee. this 30 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. you will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. we recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

orders sent back to the warehouse after the 30 day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.

how do i request an exchange or refund?

    in the event you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. please include the following information:
